The Main Hall is an ideal size for private parties [big enough for 2 bouncy castles!], exercise groups, archery, indoor bowls, dances, craft or antique fairs, local produce market or table top sales. The large permanent stage makes it an ideal venue for theatrical productions or concerts.

The Meeting Rooms can seat up to 50 people and are suitable for training courses, small exercise groups, club meetings, band practices, craft or coffee clubs, etc.

The Brandesburton Parish Hall is a building providing accommodation for hire for the benefit of the residents of the surrounding area of East Yorkshire.

It is managed by a voluntary Committee which is voted in at the AGM.

The Brandesburton Parish Hall Association was registered as a charity in 1995 - number 1044948.

Since 2012 the Management Committee has been able to modernise and decorate the interior.

Grant funding from the Mondegreen Environmental Body funded replacement of the roof, refurbishment of the toilet facilities including the installation of an Easy Access toilet, and redecoration and modernisation of the Main Hall.

Grants from the "Awards For All" fund have provided new heaters for the whole building and new ceiling and LED lighting in the foyer and kitchen.

In 2015/16 two grants from the Lissett Community Wind Farm Fund enabled the Management Committee to buy new lightweight, durable Gopak tables and some extra chairs.

A grant from the Lissett Wind Farm Fund in 2018 has enabled the Committee to purchase new china, glasses, water boiler and kettle for the Hall.

In March 2019 Mondegreen Environmental Body Ltd, using funds generated by Sandsfield Gravel Ltd landfill site, has funded the purchase of 125 new chairs and 20 large tables as well as paying for painting the outside walls and refurbishing the entrance lobby.

The refurbishment and restocking of the Hall building planned by the Management Committee back in 2012 is now just about complete!

The Parish Hall Annexe

Work is now completed on fitting out the Hall Annexe which consists of 2 rooms at the end of the building. It has a kitchen area,  Easy Access toilet and ramp up to the front door and in April 2018 new flooring and a suspended ceiling with modern "daylight" light panels were fitted. All this improvement work was funded by Mondegreen Environmental Body, using funds generated by Sandsfield Gravel Ltd, and an Awards For All Lottery grant.

The self-contained Annexe can seat about 50 people and is ideal for commercial meetings and training courses, small exercise classes, band practices and club meetings.
